About
Regenerate Clothing has launched a range of interactive limited edition organic t-shirts and bags designed by Jon Burgerman, Niko and Regenerate. 100% of all proceeds will go towards caring for street children across Indonesia, through The Peduli Anak foundation.
Build my dreams is a project which was set up by Regenerate Clothing (UK) and Adikaka foundation (Indonesia). The project is a fund raising project to help children living on the streets of Indonesia through The Peduli Anak Foundation.
Regenerate clothing founder May Cortazzi said: “After a recent trip to Indonesia I was greatly saddened by the fact that there were so much poverty and so many children who were living on the streets and rather than giving them a hand out, I decided to get creative and give these kids and hand up. After spending some time working with Ompei and the Kids at The Adikaka Foundation in Bandung it was clear that there was lack of awareness about Street kids in Indonesia.”
“I wanted to do something really positive for these children and put a smile back on their faces and working with Jon Burgerman and Nick Chaffe, we came up with three interactive designs inspired by everyday life for kids in Indonesia.”
The designs have been printed by Dots Sports onto Earth Positive organic cotton bags and t-shirts and each item comes with a Posca pen so you can customise them and add your own style.
All profits will go towards the Peduli Anak Foundation, which protects street kids by providing a new, happy and safe environment so that they can live and grow like any other children in the world.
To sponsor a child costs £40 a month. Regenerate hope to can sell as many bags and t-shirts as possible to get these children off the streets. Suggested donations for items start at £10.
